New signs have been posted around the district stating “No Fishing or swimming, no flotation devices, and no unauthorized motor or all-terrain vehicles”.
Brazoria County Municipal Utility District 36 Rules Governing District Property:
No person shall damage, break, injure, deface, remove, or disturb any District property. Any violation of these rules shall be subject the violator to a penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each violation or criminal penalties, or both.
